NicheDirectories, LLC Appoints Nancy LaPook Diamond President and Gregory Zink CEO


BOCA RATON, September 25, 2003 – NicheDirectories, LLC (www.nichedirectories.com) announced today the appointment of Nancy LaPook Diamond as President and Gregory Zink as Chief Executive Officer.

Nancy LaPook Diamond has played an integral role in the development, growth, and management of NicheDirectories over the past eight years. Prior to co-founding NicheDirectories in 1995, Ms. Diamond served as a consultant to Microsoft Corp. in Redmond, Washington from 1994 to 1996, developing Microsoft’s partnership with children’s museums. Immediately prior to 1994, Ms. Diamond worked in television, film and theater production for 15 years with numerous writing and production credits including MTV, Nickelodeon and American Playhouse.

Gregory Zink has over 20 years of broad based international financial and managerial experience in public and private corporations. Mr. Zink has served in a variety of senior management positions, including Director, President, CEO and CFO of Heuristic Development Group, Inc. (“HDG”). Mr. Zink was a founder and President at the time of HDG’s initial public offering on NASDAQ. He has also been the Chairman and CFO of Nekton Diving Cruises, Inc. and the Director, CEO and CFO of Nautilus Group Japan, Ltd. Mr. Zink is an MBA graduate of the Wharton Business School and General Electric’s Financial Management Program.
